1986 Began Karate training at the age of 14 under the tutelage of Master Frank Woon-A-Tai

1988 Obtained 1st Degree Black Belt in Karate through the Japan Karate Association World Federation

1991 Obtained 2nd Degree Black Belt and opened the Albion Bolton Japan Karate Club at the Albion Bolton Community Centre

1994 Obtained Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Toronto

1995 Obtained 3rd Degree Black Belt

1997 ISKF/JKA Pan American Champion- Team Kata

1999 Obtainted 4th Degree Black Belt and the title of Certified Athletic Therapist or C.A.T.(c) by successfully passing the national written and practical examinations through the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (C.A.T.A.)

Fitness Instructor at the Corporate Wellness Facility at Husky Injection Moulding, Bolton Campus

2001 Employed as a full-time Athletic Therapist at the Bolton Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic

2002 Caledon Karate formerly Albion Bolton Japan Karate Club opens its doors

2003 Caledon Karate Introduces the Karate Kids program for 4-6 year old boys and girls
focusing on the fundamentals of karate and discipline

2004 Caledon Karate produces 1st graduates of the Corporate Karate Program at Husky Injection Moulding, Bolton Campus

2006 - Caledon Karate Introduces the Ladies Kickbox program to promote a no nonsense approach to the fitness fundamentals of cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility in a martial arts based setting

2008 - Caledon Karate maintains membership with the Japan Karate Association(JKA), the world's largest authority of traditional Shotokan karate
- Canada JKA Karate Federation Provincial Silver Medalist- Team Kata

2009 - Attained Godan (5th degree black belt) in 2009 from Master Ueki, Master Tanaka, and Master Osaka.
- Obtained International JKA Instructor Level D and Judges Level D
- Canada JKA Karate Federation Provincial Silver Medalist- Team Kata
